Helping and Healing
I found my calling in 2005 when I enrolled in massage therapy school. I'd like to share my enthusiasm for healing and recovery with you and show you how we can improve your overall well being. I specialize in therapeutic neck and headache relief and manual lymphatic drainage massage. I also incorporate craniosacral therapy, cupping, reflexology, therapeutic massage and trigger point therapy into many of my sessions. I have found these modalities regularly have long lasting benefits. I am located in Storrs Family Dentistry plaza, off of route 195, five minutes from the UConn Storrs campus​​.

Services and Booking Information
Visit my office and nurture yourself with a therapeutic massage customized to your specific needs and health goals. You will receive 60 or 90 minutes of therapeutic time. I allow for time before and after your massage where we can discuss the session. You will not feel rushed.

Therapeutic Neck and
Headache Focus Session
I specialize in working with headaches and neck tension. In this focused session I will incorporate a variety of modalities and techniques to best suit your needs. These can include craniosacral therapy, cupping, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, reflexology, therapeutic massage and trigger point therapy.
The modalities that I offer with are lighter types of massage. Deep pressure is not necessarily better or more effective. I can change the pressure to best suit your needs. The pressure should never be painful.
Ashiatsu Massage

Ashiatsu Massage will be performed by a therapist standing on the massage table and using ceiling mounted bars for stability. They will use their clean feet to apply a wide range of appropriate pressure from light to very deep to meet your personal needs. Ashiatsu can help to improve posture, headaches, injury recovery, chronic pain. It promotes mental and physical relaxation often felt for days after the session. Helps increase circulation, improve concentration, increase energy, and aid in creating a better nights sleep.

Payments, Hours and Cancellations
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are required at least 24 hours prior your scheduled appointment. For cancellations under 24 hours, a penalty charge of 50% of the session fee must be paid before you can book another appointment.

First Time Guidelines and Frequently Asked Questions
What to expect at your first massage:

- You will fill out a short, simple, and confidential medical history form. We will then discuss your goals for the session and what would best suit you.
- I will explain and demonstrate the massage table and any massage equipment we will be using.
- I will then step out of the room while you undress and get on the table. When you're ready we will begin the massage.
- During the massage I will check in regularly to make sure you are as comfortable as possible throughout your session.
Do I need to undress completely?
You should undress to your comfort level. Some people remove all of their clothing and others prefer to keep their underwear on. You will be securely draped with a sheet and blanket at all times except for the area being worked on. My main concern is your comfort and privacy.​

Do you offer deep tissue massage?

How old do you have to be?
I only work with clients who are 18 and older.
